These online sessions are for anyone with questions about mental health.

You may have concerns about your own or a loved one's mental health but are unsure about

who to turn to for advice and support

You may be considering therapy but have little knowledge about the different types of therapy available to you and what would be best suited to your needs.

It could be that you have a long wait until therapy is available and you feel the need for professional, customer-centric support.

Perhaps you are about to finish therapy sessions and feel wary about 'going it alone'?


Having a safe, confidential space in which to share your concerns and worries will help fill the gap as you wait for professional help.

May be therapy isn't what you are looking for and you just want to vent to someone in a confidential setting. Whatever your reasons I am here to support you.
